Milad’L Dil Gift of Teaching Project
The Gift of Teaching is a project by Milad’L Dil since 2004 in support of raising funds to purchase much needed school supplies and equipment to supplement the basic teaching and learning tools for a better education.
1. The promo will run from September 2, 2013 to September 30, 2013 at participating Blue Bay stations.
2. Every $10 minimum single fuel purchase entitles the customer to receive one (1) raffle coupon as entry to the raffle draw.
3. Raffle coupons will only be given to non-charge accounts. Corporate purchases/credit customers are not in this promo.
4. Blue Bay will donate $0.03 cents per gallon of gas purchased within the promo period.
5. Proceeds will be donated to Milad‘L Dil and the Gift for Teaching campaign.
6. Each week, Blue Bay will draw winners to win back-to-school prizes.
7. Prizes will be drawn every Monday of September.
8. Weekly winners will be notified via phone call.
9. All non-winning entries will be automatically qualified for the grand draw.
10. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
11. Winners must claim their prize within 10 days from the date of the raffle. To claim their prize, winners are requested to bring 2 valid IDs to the Blue Bay Office.
12. Prizes not claimed after 10 days will be forfeited in favor of Blue Bay Petroleum and Blue Bay will draw new winner, if necessary.
13. Winners can only win once.
14. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
15. Employees of Blue Bay Petroleum are not qualified to join the promo.
16. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other card discounts, promotions, privileges or offers.
17. Blue Bay Petroleum reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or the promotion mechanics, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion without any liability or prior notice to the customers.
